    Chinese Chilli Chicken
    Ingredients for chinese chilli chicken:

    500 -600 gms Boneless Chicken
    2 tbsp Soya Sauce
    1 Egg
    2 tbsp Corn Flour/Corn Starch
    5-6 Chopped Green Chilies
    2 Green Onion Chopped
    1 tsp Garlic Paste
    Salt to taste
    1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder
    1 tsp Sugar
    A pinch of ajinomoto
    2 cups chicken Broth/ Water
    1 tbsp Oil
    Oil to fry

    Preparation:

    Cut the boneless chicken pieces into1 " cubes.
    Take 1tbsp. Soya sauce, 1tbsp. corn flour, salt, egg in a bowl and marinate chicken pieces in the the mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
    Heat oil and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown.
    Now in a separate wok / kadhai heat 1 tbsp. oil and add garlic paste and green chilies and sauté for few seconds.
    Add 2 cups of chicken broth or water. Bring to boil and add sugar, pepper powder, salt , ajinomoto and remaining Soya sauce.
    Add fried chicken pieces to it and cook for few minutes.
    Dissolve the remaining corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add to the curry stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
    Cook for 2-3 minutes.
    Serve chinese chili chicken hot garnished with chopped green onion tops.
    Chinese chili chicken goes well with steamed / boiled rice.



    Chinese Chicken Wings
    Ingredients for garlic chicken wings recipe:

    6 Chicken Wings
    1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
    2 tbsp Flour (maida)
    2 tbsp Con flour
    2 Eggs (beaten)
    1/4 tsp Pepper / Chili Powder
    A pinch of sugar
    Salt to taste
    1 tbsp Soya Sauce
    Oil for frying

    Preparation of chinese chicken wings:
    In a bowl add Soya sauce, ginger-garlic paste, sugar.
    Add chicken wings coat well and set aside for 1/2 hour.
    Make a smooth batter by adding corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, pepper and beat in the eggs .
    Heat oil in a wok / kadhai.
    Dip each wing in the batter and coat evenly and deep fry the drumsticks till golden brown.
    Serve fried chicken wings hot with thin slices of onions and lemon.



    Badam Halwa…
    •Badam Halwa 1. Soak almond/badam for 2-3 hors (suitable if soaked overnight) & peel off the skin before preparing this dish or boil them for 30 mins incase of last minute preparation. 2.Put the peeled almonds in a blender and add milk to it .It should be enough to cover them . 3.Blend it into a coarse paste .Avoid thin texture of paste sue to excess of milk. 4. Heat the pan & add 2 tbspn ghee to it .As ghee melts add badam mixture & give a quick stir. 5. Add sugar keeping in mind 1:1 ratio of almond : sugar (more sugar can be added as per taste) Alternative Tip:- dilute the sugar by making sugar syrup & then adding it to the badam mixture. 6.Constantly stir the mixture as it can stick & burn from bottom. 7. Add Saffron & constantly stir as it boils from bottom.(Food color is optional if required) 8. Add additional 2tbspn of ghee while its boiling.Constant stirring is a must till ghee starts oozing out. 9. Once halwa seperates out ghee its time to put it in a container & is ready to be served. 10. Garnish it with grated almonds/badam.

    Sponge Cake…
    •Basic Sponge Cake INGREDIENTS:- Egg whites of 6 eggs seperate egg yolk of 6 eggs 1cup of all purpose flour or maida 1 cup of powdered sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tblsp melted butter (optional) 1 tsp vanilla extract or essence 1/4 tsp salt baking sheet,non stick spray DIRECTIONS:- Pre heat the oven to 375' F for 15 mins Seperate the egg whites from egg yolks and beat the egg whites in the mixer or whisk the whites with a whisk till the whites turn fluffy and stand.(if using mixer it will take 5 mins to beat and if using whisk will take @ 20 mins). Meanwhile also whisk the yolks also seperately.take the flour and add the baking powder,salt to it and mix together (you can sieve it also if you want). To the yolk add the sugar and butter(optional) and mix it properly.Now take the yolk mixture and fold it in the egg white slowly and the slowly fold the flour mixture and mix just once or twice. Spread this mixture on the sprayed sheet and tap it little to spread evenly and bake it in the oven for 22 to 25min at 375' F until done check by putting a toothpick or knife thr the cake it comes out clean it's done.
